Request For Quote (RFQ) Policy

Purpose: To provide clarity to what steps need to be taken when Customer Service receives a request for quote from an existing or new customer.

1. Always quote Grip-a-Strip.
2. Quote existing customers on other items, using their existing pricing tier.
3. One-time customers should follow the rules below:
   1. Price: 50 off list
   2. Must meet item MOQ.
   3. Must meet the order minimum.
   4. Must pay by credit card.
4. CLI Items:
   1. Quote at the CLI Tier 3 price level.
   2. BCC Vince on large volume/line item quotes.
