Non- ADVII Web Sites

•Example:~Internal Web Price is lower than List Price

Non- ADVII Web Sites

•Example:~Internal Web Price is empty or equal to List Price

ADVII Web Sites- ONLY ~ADVII WEB PRICE

Example:

Why would we sell an item at a price other than list price?

Divisions may choose to sell an item on their web site for a price different than the List Price for a couple reasons.

  1. Cross-selling
  2. Promotions
  3. Closeout/End of Lifecycle

Cross-selling

Similar to how we might have a different list price between divisions, different divisions will opt to sell an item on their web site at a different price.

Promotions

If we want to offer a special price for an item for a period of time, we can enter a value in either ~ADVII Web Price or ~Internal Web Price to indicate this item is on sale. The item will display as show below for non-ADVII web sites.

Example

Closeout/End of Lifecycle

When an item has reached the end of it’s lifecycle, divisions will often price the item at a very low price on the web site as an avenue to sell the remaining inventory. The item will display as show below for non-ADVII web sites.
