Customer Specific

Used to record pricing that is specific to that customer only and is maintained on the customer record- pricing subtab

  • All prices are customer specific, with unit price assigned
  • All prices are customer specific based on price levels
  • Price level assigned, but some prices are customer specific

All prices are customer specific, with unit price assigned

  • Not assigned a price level at customer level
  • All items are assigned Custom price level
  • Unit Price is filled in

  • All items are assigned a price level
  • Unit price is not filled in

  • Items are assigned a price level from item record or Custom
  • Unit price is filled in when price level is Custom

Price Level

  • Used to record pricing that can be applied to many customers
  • Maintained on the item record-pricing subtab
  • Price levels are assigned on the customer record
  • Customers can only be assigned one price level at the customer level
  • Price levels can be used in tandem with customer specific pricing

Quantity Break Pricing

  • Used to record different prices for specific quantities ordered of an item that can be applied to many customer
  • Maintained on the item-record pricing subtab
  • Not available as a function on the customer record for customer specific pricing
  • All price levels must have values even if only one price level has different quantity break pricing
