Office Partner Quarterly Price Updates

Office Partners requires that we provide them with the upcoming quarter’s prier 60 days in advance. This is also when they should be notified of any price increases. 

Using credentials in Bitwarden, log into their portal: http://www.officepartners.com/  

Hover mouse over “Vendor” and choose “File Manager” 

Click “Add” 

Using the “Browse” button, select the correct pricer. For Office Partners, you would upload the COP Tier 2 Price List in both Excel formats.  

Choose the category “Pricing” and fill in the Description as shown below. Then select “Save.”

Repeat the same and upload the COP Tier 2 price list in PDF format. 

If there are any price increases, be sure to upload the PDF format of the increase letters under the Category: Pricing and Description: AVT YEAR Q# Price Increase Letter.
