Orders will come in through EDI.
- Orders are received on Tuesdays to ship the following week on Mondays.
- Orders are released to the warehouse as soon as possible, and a release email is sent (example below).
- All orders ship via Transplace Freight Collect (TPF & C).
Order Release Process
- When the order comes in it will have the correct customer ship date.
- Make sure to adjust the planned shipped date to the corresponding location.
- See the ship locations and their respective ship dates.
- When the dates are correct release the orders.

When the orders have been released an email will need to be sent to 12th St Shipping, CC: Tori Richardson and Virginia Alvers.
- Select the Export to Excel Tool on the Sales Order Manager.
- Filter the planned ship date and unselect the orders you just released.
- Delete all the other lines and remove the filter.
- Delete Columns A-B, F-I, G-H, I, J-L, L
- Select the chart and copy.
- Send in email (format below).
For partial or backorder shipments:
- Please make sure the order is released on the correct corresponding ship date.
End of week backorder report:
If you have backorders in any given week, these can be sent to Office Depot at the end of the week.
