New Customer – COP Email Template

Thank you for your interest in the Advantus Corp. Attached is our COP Catalog, Order Form, Credit Application, and Credit Card Authorization Form. You can view all of our Product Lines on our website www.shopadvantus.com. Our website and the COP Catalog both reflect List Price.

So that we can establish an account for you and determine the best possible pricing, we will need the following information from you:

  • Company address, phone number, email address, and contact name
  • Copy of your Resale Certificate
  • Brief description of your company including annual revenue
  • What is your targeted customer base? Do you sell to end users (consumers that use the products), or do you sell to dealers/resellers (companies that are going to resale the products)?
  • Your website info (if applicable)
  • A list of the items that you are interested in and the quantities
  • Estimated annual purchases volume from Advantus
  • Will you be stocking our products in your distribution center, or are you looking for Advantus to drop ship directly to your customers for you?

All orders are pre-paid by either check in advance or by credit card. There is a $100.00 minimum for pre-paid orders. Items must also be ordered in case quantity.

If you apply for terms, your order minimum will be $1000.00 per order and no less than $10,000.00 per year.

If you would like us to ship against your own carrier account number, please include that information on your PO’s.

You can submit your POs by faxing them to 904-482-0099 or emailing them to info@advantus.com.

Once we receive this information from you, we will advise you of your pricing. This process normally takes 48 hours. If you are applying for open account terms, please allow up to 14 business days so that we may contact your references.
