WHAT IS THE REMINDER FOR?
The reminder will pop up if an active finished good has anything in the UPC box other than a standard 12-digit code.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
The sellable UPC field is only used for 12-digit UPCs. However, due to acquisitions, customer-specific requirements, and business decisions, we have items that do not fit the standard 12-digit UPC requirement.
HOW DO I CORRECT ISSUES?
You must remove the non-12-digit UPC from the box, put it under the alternate barcode, and then select the reason.
