Sell Sheet Proofing Checklist

The Sales Specialists are responsible for submitting Graphic Requests to have product sell sheets created for upcoming sales opportunities and/or tradeshows.

When the sell sheet production is complete, an email will be sent to the Sales Admin as well as other brand/division stakeholders to review, proof, and approve via ReviewStudio, a web-based proofing application.

Use the following checklist, to ensure you are checking for all of the necessary information that is required on a standard product sell sheet. This information should be checked against the content/data housed in Netsuite.

Is the correct logo present?
Is the product item number correct/verified?
Is the UPC correct/verified (if applicable)?
Is the product name correct, and does it match the Marketing Display name located in the Sales & Marketing tab of Netsuite?
Are all legal marks present (i.e., ® © ™)?
Is all content error-free or free from grammatical or misspelling errors?
Is all content consistent with the content located in the Sales & Marketing tab of NetSuite?
Are all of the images correct and clear?
Are there at least 3 detail images besides the main image?
Did you verify the dimensions against the data located in the Units & Dims tab of Netsuite?
Did you verify the dimensions against the data located in the Sales & Marketing tab of Netsuite?
Did you verify the unit of measure, piece/pack count, inner and master carton quantities against the data located in the Units & Dims tab of Netsuite?
Did you verify the list price against the data located in the Pricing tab of Netsuite?
Did you verify the customer price (if applicable) against the data located in the Pricing tab of Netsuite?
