Measuring Guidelines

Import/Master/Inner Cartons

  • The first dimension to measure is length. Length is always the longest side of the box that has a flap.
  • The next dimension is width. The width side also has a flap, but is always the side shorter than the length.
  • Measure the height of the package. Height is the only dimension without a flap. Measure the standing side of the box from top to bottom.

As always, we will measure and ROUND UP to the nearest .25” for inner/master/import carton measurements.

Sellable Unit

Sellable units should be measured to the nearest ¼” unless the item is significantly thinner than ¼”.  In that case, the measurement can be to the nearest 1/8”.
