Sometimes you will receive communication questioning the accuracy, the inclusion of an item, or to verify the inventory amount we reported on an inventory feed that is not set up via EDI.
To locate this information, go to the Global Search field in Netsuite.
Type in ***INVFEED – {customer number}.
This will provide a list of products and the inventory amounts that were most recently reported to the customer.
