Customer Compliance

Introduction

Customer-Specific requirements are typically contained in a Routing Guide or Vendor Compliance Guide/Manual.  Many of our customer accounts have specific compliance requirements and will assess fines/penalties when those requirements are not met.

Customer On-Boarding

Compliance coordinates new customer onboarding by facilitating actions required by various departments and ensuring actions are completed to meet customer requirements.

Routing Guides

Compliance obtains routing guides from new customers and communicates those routing guide requirements (and any routing guide changes) to the applicable departments.  Customer Compliance is focused on meeting the customer requirements as they relate to order fulfillment (picking, packing, labeling, routing, and shipping merchandise to our customerā€™s locations or directly to their customerā€™s location) and having all necessary documentation in place prior to shipping.
