Custom Embroidery Process

A Mercury Luggage custom embroidery graphics request will require one or all of the following action items:

  1. Rendering/Mock-up
  2. Proof
  3. Art/info sheet

Rendering/Mock-up

If a Rendering/Mock-up is requested, the deliverable is: a logo Photoshopped on the item to show the customer. Sent as a JPG. Save in a folder (location below) by item number and logo name.

Art/Info sheet

If a Art/Info sheet is requested, the deliverable is: a logo set up for digitizing to be embroidered. You need 2 files: a pdf with the logo at the size it will be embroidered with all the PMS colors listed below and a full-page pdf of the logo. Save in a folder (location below) by Customer-Logo name-item#-proof

Proof

If a Proof is requested, the deliverable is: complete the embroidery template on the I drive. Add the logo and bag being embroidered with the logo placement with the customer name, PO, size, and item number. Save in a folder (location below) by Customer-Logo name-item#-proof.

NOTE: If all 3 are requested, all files need to be saved in the Embroidery folder in a subfolder by Customer-Logo name-item number-proof.
