At least once a week the Sales Specialist will update the inventory on Seller Central (AMZFBM) for their respective divisions using the following instructions. During Floating Luxuries peak season, inventory should be updated at least twice week.
- Open Netsuite and use the Inventory Quantities by Location saved search linked below: https://5050497.app.netsuite.com/app/common/search/searchresults.nl?searchid=3576&whence=
- Use the filters to narrow the inventory by division, brand, location, etc.
- Export into Excel.
- Go to Amazon Seller Central. The login information is located in Bitwarden.
- Once logged in, go to Inventory on the top menu. Select Manage Inventory from the drop-down menu.
- Once on the Manage Inventory page, you will see the current inventories in the Available column.
- Go to the Excel document and find each item we are currently selling on seller central, and manually input it into the available column.
- Hit save every few items so that if you accidentally click on an item, you will not lose your work.
Note: For Floating Luxuries and Mercury items report total inventory in Netsuite less 3 units on Amazon.
Ex. Item FL70004 shows 13 units in API qty, enter 10 into Amazon FBM
Note: For all items other than Floating Luxuries and Mercury, Inventory should reflect qty only in ECOM. This is because inventory has to be transferred to ECOM internally if we are out of stock in that location to fill orders which could delay fulfilling orders and we don’t want to put our Seller Central account in jeopardy due to late orders.
- You will not need to inform anyone once this is complete.
