Adding Products to Cosplay Fabric Websites

Any product that has stock in the Wyla China location (as long as it is NOT a basic replenishment item sold in Joann stores) can be actively sold on the site.
- To find or review a list of basic replenishment items, login to the Joann portal – Wyla account.
- Login credential are located in bitwarden.
- Select REPORTING from the top navigation.
- Go to the ARTICLE REPORTING tab.
- From the Select Characteristics box, select Vendor # & Vendor Style.
- From the Select Key Figures, select Basic Type
- From Category, select Costuming
- The YH items that are listed as BASIC in the results of this report are on Basic Replenishment and therefore cannot be listed.
All other items that have stock in Wyla China, can be sold and priced at 30% off list.
- The Wyla Business Manager will own reviewing these products monthly and will submit new items along with a pricing task.
- This pricing should be added to the internal web price under customer number, 48CIWEB.
Cosplayfabrics.com:
Only products that Joann stores have place on clearance or are no longer actively selling can be sold on this site.
We must match the clearance price of joann.com on our site. To do this, you must pull a POS report and review Clearance sales.

- If there is anything in this column, then this item has been listed on clearance. Check joann.com to double check to see what the clearance price is listed.
