Desktop Support
IT manages all desktop support. Responsibilities include new user setup, workplace moves, Maintaining Systems security, software, and hardware support.
Hardware Support
Maintains, installs, and updates hardware which includes monitors, PCs/laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Maintain Systems Security
Manages hardware and software updates as well as security log monitoring for the endpoint security system.
Software Support
Maintains, installs, updates, and removes software on Advantus systems as needed.
User Administration
Creates new users by following the checklist created when a new user ticket is generated. Moves user systems and updates the security and email groups as users move to different departments. Removes access and disables users as they are terminated.
Workspace Moves
Moves hardware, which includes monitors, PCs/laptops, and other peripherals to different locations as needed.
