Supplier Partner – Action Required on Your Items

When there are items in Home Depot’s Supplier Hub portal that require action items from Advantus we will receive an email from idm@homedepot.com. Please see below for example. This email will go to the Sales Ops Group Emails that have items selling at Home Depot. Each specialist should review the attachment in the email to see if it applies to the items in their respective divisions.

The email will include a spreadsheet with multiple tabs related to the specific areas listed above. See below for an example of each tab as it relates to the above:

Each Sales Ops Specialist should log into the Supplier Hub using the informaiton in Bitwarden and follow the steps outlined in the email to complete the action items.
