Process:

1. Orders come in at any time.
2. Enter the order.
   • Double check the address entered is correct.
   • Always uncheck the override selection on the address entry.
3. After the order has been entered and everything is filled and correct release the order.

Troubleshooting:

1. If you have an order that has an item showing as out of stock double check to make sure there is no inventory in 12^th Street. If there is, 12^th Street should have it moved to the E-Com location without us needing to request anything.
   • If there is and the order has not been fulfilled to meet the ship date, please notify your supervisor.
2. If the item is in backorder status contact Order Virventures to see if they want to cancel the order or hold the order.
3. If there is a bad address, contact Order VirVentures to see if the address can be update or to cancel the order.
4. For price variances if it has been confirmed to accept system price contact Order Virventures to advise. Please note we will need to cancel the order if pricing is not accepted.
