Email sent to info@advantus that there are new orders. Once logged on the portal go to orders on the left side of the screen:
Once you hit orders, this will show the open orders. The order must be manually entered into NS.
Download a copy of the order and attach to NS order.
Once the order screen is opened, hit the PO number. This opens up the order for manual entry information.
Once the order is entered, you need to acknowledge the order. Then once the order ships, you need to enter the tracking information. Go to ship items button. Enter the tracking information here:
