Introduction

The Compliance Manager will monitor audit activity and  Once audits are completed, provide reports to customers accordingly.

Execution

• After the date, the audit should have been completed, send a follow-up email to confirm the audit occurred.

Reporting

• The audit company will send an email with audit results to the factory or to Advantus (depending on who initiated the audit).  If the customer initiated the audit, most results will be sent to Advantus.
•  Review audit and note any due dates for audit CAP responses and who will need to submit them to the customer or to the audit company.  This will depend on each customer.
